To standardize the operating procedures and methods of punching machine to ensure the safety of the person, the safety of equipment and the stability of the product quality.
The punching machine is a machine tool with great risk, and must firmly establish the first thought of safety. It must strictly operate the process and prevent the accident from happening.
(I) Implement the factory safety technical code and the operating procedures of the equipment.
(1) Check whether there is irrelevant workpiece and sundries before work. After cleaning, check the upper and lower moulds and screw for looseness. The mould shall be recombined after the mould is loose.
(2) Check the running mode of the punching machine, whether it is manual or both hands or pedal mode. Place the switch handle in the selected way. The processing of our company temporarily does not require linkage, so it is not allowed to be placed in linkage position.
(3) When abnormal problems are found, such as abnormal sound, etc. The total power supply must be turned off before troubleshooting or repairing.
(4) When the die is closed, stop the flywheel to stop running, and manually check one to the secondary punching stroke when the die is finished, and then start the machine after it is correct.
(5) Items must be placed in strict accordance with requirements and shall not be placed at will.
When working off, such as upper and lower dies, the upper and lower dies shall be hung or not completed, and the working shall not be allowed to be used. Close the main power supply and close the power supply box after work. (2) Before work, move the flywheel number with hand or turn it on or off. Do not start suddenly, and check the following conditions.
(1) Check the lubrication system of the machine tool, whether the mechanical system is normal or not. Fill the oil pump with the oil pump for one time to prevent the crankshaft copper sleeve and the sleeve rail from being damaged by dry grinding.
(2) Check whether the clutch and brake are flexible, and whether the pedal, tie rod, mould plate, screw and each transfer device are loose.
(3) Check whether the punch is free to move on the guide rail, whether the flywheel is beating or not, and whether the flywheel clutch is reliable or not.
(4) It is necessary to check whether the protective cover, die and pressure plate are installed firmly, and whether the punch is connected repeatedly.
(5) It is necessary to check whether the operation of the ejector is accurate and whether the blank is suitable for stamping.
(6) Check whether the electrical grounding wire is in good condition and reliable.
(3) Before driving, the movable pin clutch will be disengaged. When parking is stopped, the clutch will be disengaged and the motor will be started or stopped.
(4) The following points shall be noted for the installation of the die:
(1) The contact points of the upper and lower dies must be wiped clean, the die guide sleeve shall not be exposed, the guide shaft rod shall not be exposed, and the bar shall be assembled together.
(2) The upper and lower dies must be parallel; the upper punch and the lower die face must be vertical; the die pressing plate shall be flat; the screw of the pressing plate shall be tightened in the symmetrical direction.
(3) The impact center of the die must be coincident with the press center of the punch, and the maximum impact force shall not exceed the rated pressure of the machine.
(4) No hand is allowed to take the screw and other objects under the die and the supporting plate, so as to prevent the hand from crushing.
(5) After the mold of the punching machine below 100T is assembled, test the punch with a paper sheet after the hand is transferred and proofread. During the test run, it is not allowed to watch with the eye near the cutting edge. (5) The following articles must be executed during the stamping process:
(1) Do not modify the position of the die blank after the operation of the slide block and after stepping on the pedal or operating the handle.
(2) Do not operate when the operation of the operating mechanism and the automatic shut-off mechanism is abnormal.
(3) Do not put anything on the punch table and change the pedal mechanism or any object.
(4) Do not put more than one blank piece on the die at the same time and clean the scrap iron and the side material by hand.
(5) It is forbidden to find out that the impact and automatic falling of the punch press work.
(6) Do not clean ash by hand, release parts, and take photos and tools when taking the workpiece.
(7) The hand and head shall not be extended between the punch, the die and the punch pad. (8) Do not clean, refuel or check the operation condition and repair at the top of the equipment when running. (9) It is forbidden to speak with others at the time of operation, so that the thought should be highly centralized. (10) Do not drink machine tools and operate smoking. (VI) When loading and unloading the die, lubricating the machine tool and repairing the fault, the power supply must be cut off, and the flywheel shall be stopped to rotate and the rear can be carried out. (7) When two or more persons are operated at the same time, a person shall be responsible for commanding and the night work shall have sufficient illumination. (8) After the work is finished, cut off the power supply, remove the leftover materials, place the tools and articles in order, smooth the channels and make safe and civilized production.
